- Please note that the colors of candles will vary slightly depending on the system parameters of your computer.
- In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the candles you receive from House of Candles, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order either via email Info@houseofcandles.com, or by phone 570-629-1953 to request "Return Authorization" so you can return the candles to us for a store credit, replacement or refund.
- In the event that a refund is needed, the products must be returned in "new" condition, once we have recieved the return we will issue the refund via credit back to the purchasing CC# or a refund check, allow 1-2 weeks for return/refund processing.

- All shipping is via UPS.
- Shipping charges are based on weight and destination of the order.
- All orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania will not include sales tax.
- Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. (excluding large quantity orders.)
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
- Candles are climate sensitive- during the winter and summer months we may hold an order for a day or two to wait for more mild weather so merchandise is not damaged during shipping.
